Climb the mountain! Ladder workout
Prepared by personal trainer Dylan Normandin
- 10 Mountain Climbers
- 10 Squat Jacks
- 10 Pushups, from knees or legs straight
- 10 Bicycles
- 10 High Knees (each leg)
- Rest 1 minute
- Add 10 Mountain Climbers and 2 reps to each exercise every round
Beginners: 3-4 rounds. Intermediate to Advanced: 5-6 rounds.
